1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing Diana Janaki Hackl for your makeup services. These Terms & Conditions ensure a smooth and professional experience for both parties. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.

2. Services

I provide professional makeup and styling services for private clients, photoshoots, weddings, events, and commercial projects. Each service is tailored individually based on the booking agreement.

3. Bookings & Appointments

• Appointments can be arranged via email, telephone, social media, or online booking.

• Bookings are confirmed only once you receive written confirmation.

• Additional travel fees apply for on-location services outside Vienna.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in euros and include VAT if applicable.

• Prices may change; the confirmed price at the time of booking applies.

• Payment may be made in cash, bank transfer, or electronic payment (if available).

• Invoices are due immediately after the service unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation Policy

To respect everyone’s time, please note the following cancellation terms:

• More than 7 days before the appointment: free of charge

• 6–2 days prior: 50% of the service fee

• 24 hours or less: 100% of the service fee

• No-shows: 100% of the service fee

Deposits (if required) are non-refundable.

6. Delays

Please arrive on time. If you are late, the session may be shortened without price reduction.
Delays exceeding 20 minutes allow me to cancel the appointment at full charge.

7. Health & Allergies

Please inform me in advance about allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions.
I cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed issues.

8. Liability

I am liable only for damage caused by gross negligence or intent.
I do not guarantee makeup durability under extreme conditions (weather, sweating, water, etc.).

9. Photos & Media

With your consent, I may use photos of the makeup for portfolio or marketing purposes.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

10. Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Validity: 3 years from the issue date.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with the GDPR. See the full Privacy Policy below.

12. Governing Law

Austrian law applies.
Place of jurisdiction: Vienna (unless mandatory consumer law specifies otherwise).
